CANCELLATION NOTICE:
As a courtesy to our staff, we request that cancellation and time changes must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Appointments not kept or cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be subject to a charge of half of your scheduled treatment cost for massages, and FULL cost for a scheduled SPA treatment.

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out our health form.  For your convenience, you can fill this form our ahead of time by printing it off from here:

RETURNED CHECK POLICY:
All returned checks will be subject to a charge of $30.00.
